Josh

As a founding partner Josh is the driving force behind the fixed wing aspect of the group.

Josh is committed to facilitating the best pathway for his clients and helping them achieve their dream job through one on one mentoring, personalised guidance and interview preparation.

Josh has broad range of experience from General Aviation flying in North QLD and PNG as a line pilot and progressing through the ranks to become Chief Pilot, moving onto turbo props and now in his current role as a First Officer flying the A320.

Having held previous management roles Josh understands what employers are looking for in a potential employee to give you an edge over other applicants. 

 

Ryan 

Founding partner Ryan brings 10+ years of hands-on experience in the Australian helicopter industry, spanning firefighting, aerial application, and more. Rated on eight aircraft types from Bell mediums to multi engine helicopters. Ryan's extensive network spans companies nationwide.

He's passionate about helping up and coming helicopter pilots build thriving careers.Through our platform, Ryan leverages his connections to open doors, provide tailored advice, and ensure you excel in this competitive field.
