• In this 1-on-1 coaching session, you’ll sit down with an experienced pilot mentor to unpack where you’re at now, where you want to go, and what practical steps will actually move the needle for your career.
• We’ll cut through the noise, answer your questions honestly, and build a plan that fits you and your hours, your budget, and your timeline.

Perfect for:

• Student pilots trying to decide on their next steps
• Newly licensed CPL(H) pilots feeling stuck or overwhelmed
• Pilots considering different paths (GA, Ag, offshore, tourism, etc.)
• Anyone who wants straight talk from someone who’s already done it

• Clarifying your ideal first job and realistic pathways to get there
• Training decisions – what’s worth the money and what isn’t
• How to approach operators, network and follow up the right way
• Resume, cover letter and application strategy
• Interview preparation and mindset
• Medium-term planning (2–5 year progression)

• 1-on-1 video call (Zoom or similar)
• Duration: typically 60 minutes
• You’ll receive a short summary of key points and next steps after the call (optional, but nice to add if you plan to do this)
